I am a Education & Community Entrepreneur. My business currently focuses on tutoring and grant writing.
I tutor students from infants to undergraduate students on a variety of subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Economics, Emotional/Behavioral learning, French, and Advanced Placement classes. In addition to my two years of experience as a tutor at Ripon College, I have my MN substitute teaching licence. I specifically enjoy and have enjoyed helping students with learning disabilities such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Anxiety among other learning disabilities.
As forever a student that has ADHD and Anxiety, I have successfully helped navigate accommodations and use different teaching styles to help students before and would love to for you or your student! I'm currently tutoring in person in South Central Minnesota and virtually elsewhere.
I also virtually write award winning grants! In the past few months, I worked with the Bayonne Youth Center in New Jersey on a $50,000 grant aimed at improving the mental health of youth in Hudson County, NJ. We came up with an idea to create sports programs for the youth as sports provide great releases of stress and social interaction!
