I worked as a Restaurant manager (La Playa Mexican Restaurant) for over 6 years, had to cook, wait, diswasher, bartend, hire, fire, customer service, i learned every position to be able to cover when needed.
Recently I'm the GM of a fish market,(Plaza Seafood Market, Miami Fl) for the last 8 1/2 years, where I'm responsible for more than 20 employees, take care of ordering shipping and receiving and storing/organizing products to ensure proper circulation of product (use older first than cycle to new) as well as manage the kitchen side of the business. I also drive the company box truck and use forklift and pallet jacks to load and unload merchandise. have experience going to airports to pick up deliverys and taking to other markets around the area. I maintain constant communication with clients to maintain relationships and train employees on proper costumer service.
