SGS North America: Lead Mechanical Engineer August 2022 - Present

• Led a team of three Mechanical Engineers to plan and execute test methods for hardware and electronic testing.
• Designed proprietary test methods along with ASTM and ASME procedures to diagnose, design and troubleshoot.
• Programmed and developed performance testing procedures on KUKA KR series robots including embedded software and Arduino use.

• Designed commercial grade Switchgear power systems using SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal along with managing BOMS, Workload Sheets, ECNs and SOLIDWORKS EPDM 
• Worked with Fabrication and Manufacturing teams to troubleshoot problems using engineering drawings

• Drafting HVAC designs using AutoCAD and Revit for industrial and commercial clients. 
• Use of thermodynamics and heat transfer calculations to analyze airflow measurements and decide on optimal duct sizes. 

• Worked with the 787 Aircraft Design Team at North Charleston Production Line. 
• Tested, Designed and Manufactured Fuselage parts of the Aircraft. Worked with various equipment at the factory - Helped speed up Production Times of one of the most technologically advanced Aircrafts in the world.
