I am a mother, wife and small business owner in Atlanta, MI. After my mother passed in 2019, I decided to go back to school to be a nurse, even though I completed my Bachelors in 2013. It was a challenge, but an experience that made me stronger and more determined. I will complete my RN certification in December. I look forward to caring for others, like I cared for my mom for many years.
I cared for my mother for 13 years prior to her death. She had many comorbidities such as COPD, Parkinson, Diabetes and others. I look forward to more experience hands on, outside of my clinical experience, in order to strengthen my skills. I have also worked in corporate settings and work well in a fast paced environment with high stress levels. My ability to work well with many different personalities is my strength. I get along well with others and set priorities based on company policies.
I received my LPN license in February 2022.
