My design career has been a rewarding and challenging one over the years, but wouldn’t trade it for the world. I started my design career after graduation in 1999 after immigrating from South Africa. I am now a citizen of the US and proud of that achievement.
It was my full intension to become an Architect when I came to this country but I had to put that on hold as I had to attend to my family needs back in South Africa . Looking back, was it wrong thing not to pursue that dream of becoming an Architect. I guess, I will never know as I had to replace that with being a responsible son, father and husband.
Time just went by so fast that I had to settle with where I was academically. At presant I am in the process of achieving my NCARB.
I am a father of 2 boys, Jordan-21 and Liam-18 and married to my wonderful wife Ophelia who is also from South Africa.. I credit myself of always having a good attribute, Honest, Loyal and always trying to do the right thing .
I feel that I am a great candidate for employment to any company given the chance because I strive for excellence. I’ve held various design positions, excelling in each. I am also passionate about improving costs and quality. I have a creative mind who is always learning and thinking out of the box. I would be privileged for the opportunity in contributing to the future development of your company.
