I have been a courier for 4 years. I have been in Customer Service for about 20 years. I like to help people and ensure they are happy with their services.
I have worked in a variety of fields, starting with Wendy's when I was 16. I have been a care provider for Mentally handicapped adults, a state tested nurse aide, a CSM for Walmart for 9 years, worked at Home Depot and am currently a courier for FedEx Express.
I attended ITT Technical Institute and received an Associates Degree in Visual Communication. I received my Ohio State Tested Nurses Aide certificate.
