I recently traveled to Italy and received such excellent Customer Service, it was amazing. I would like to transition to a position where I can deliver that same seamless Customer Service experience to customers.

I have extensive years of experience in Customer Service. In every Customer Service job I have always believed and executed my best delivery to make sure each customer received Customer Service that was proactive, personalized, convenient and competent. I believe with these traits along with patience every customer will receive top notch service with each and every interaction.

I went to UNLV in 2016 for a Legal Secretary Certificate. While I decided not to use or purse that field I did learn and if you don't use it, you lose it. So I don't ever want to stop learning even if it is on the job training.
