I'm currently a Disaster Relief Case Manager at Endeavors, where I coordinate high-volume calls, relocation logistics, and immigrant support with grace and grit.

Before that, I spent a decade as Lead Mental Health Support Specialist at Beyond Words, guiding teams through Medicaid billing, crisis interventions, and trauma-informed care

With over two decades of experience in call center operations, crisis response, and community leadership, I bring a unique blend of administrative precision and compassionate service. I currently serve as a Disaster Relief Case Manager at Endeavors, coordinating high-volume relocation and support for immigrant families. Previously, I led mental health support services at Beyond Words, supervising staff and managing Medicaid billing with strict HIPAA compliance.

My expertise spans EMR documentation, trauma-informed care, and culturally competent communication. As an active community organizer with Krewe De Creole Soul, I also plan inclusive events and facilitate strategic meetings that celebrate heritage and unity.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix, with expected graduation in 2027. This program deepens my expertise in healthcare systems, EMR documentation, and administrative leadership building on over 20 years of hands-on experience in crisis response, Medicaid billing, and culturally competent care. My academic journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and advancing equitable healthcare access across diverse communities.
