I'm a mother of an almost 3 year old looking fory forever company. I have and extensive background in customer service. I would be an asset to any team. I do very well working remotely, my last position I had been doing it remotely since 2017. I look forward to becoming apart of a team again.
I have been in the customer service industry since I was 15 years old and had my first job at a Chinese restaurant. Over the years I have been able to refund my skills to the best of my ability, and can confidently say I love doing it, and I am exceptional at it. I have used more than one CRM over the years. Ex: Salesforce, Zoho. I also am very familiar with Google as well as Microsoft. My skills would be an asset to any company that hired me.
