My name is Shea (like the butter) and I am a natural creative who loves coming up with new ideas and finding interesting ways to address challenges. I am a frindly prensence who enjoys making friends with her co workers; a cohesive work environment makes everything so much better for everyone!
For the last 5 years I have worked for the Elmhurst Park District in a number of roles. Most recently I acted as site director for the Rec Station before and after school program; in this role I created curriculum, ensured the safety of my staff and students, and managed the schedules of my staff and students as well. I also worked as a Registration Associate and an Inclusion Aid in my time with EPD.
I have also worked as a Theatre teacher with StagePlay Musical Theatre for kids, where I assisted in stage management, direction, choreogrpahy and music direction of a play performed by children ages 6 - 16.
I have a Bachelors of Fine Art in Playwrighting from DePaul University, graduated in 2017
I also have my Masters of Science from Elmhurst University graduated 2022
