Lead and Workplace Accommodation Lead, collaborate with Human Resources and location leads across the U.S. to support employee accommodation requests due to disabilities and medical conditions. Co-led a team to enhance the accommodation process, creating new procedures for caseworkers, an online toolkit and training for all U.S. location leads, along with self-study ergonomic training for all U.S. employees.
