Shelby Wagner

My name is Shelby Wagner, and I attend Prairie View A&M University. I have a great deal of experience in customer service, and I am a bubbly person who loves to spend time with family. I also do community service at my university and created an organization called “Bakers for a Cause”, where we bake treats and give the proceeds to charity.

I worked as a Construction Intern for Ashton Woods Homes in Houston, Texas from 05/2023-08/2023. I traveled to communities and met with homeowners regarding their warranty requests. I then communicated with buyers and walked them through their home building progress. I also managed the construction process by using Dynamic Builder and called subcontractors and scheduled appliances to be delivered to homes under construction.

I also worked as an Administrative Assistant for Spanish Etc. Of Pearland from 08/2016 - 05/2021. I did administrative duties such as filing forms, answering calls, and scheduling appointments. I also was the receptionist of clients upon arrival and I processed credit card payments.

I graduated from Dawson High School in May of 2021. I am currently enrolled at Prairie View A&M University where I will earn my Bachelors degree in Business Marketing May of 2025.
