I owned my own private personal training business for 16 years until Covid and the impact of Covid forced me to shut down and find another option. Which is how I transitioned into the residential and commercial house cleaning, while still in the service field, presents its own set of challenges. The switch feels forced, not out of passion or choice, but out of necessity to survive. It's a shift from possibly managing a team, running operations, and making key decisions in a larger, more established business to working in a more hands-on role in a different type of service. It can feel humbling, but also a way to adapt and move forward.

In residential and commercial cleaning, you're still serving others, but the scope and nature of the work is something I enjoy.
