Although I have some experience in labor industry, the PACT program has lead me to do hands-on work and improved my work skills in construction and facility maintenance. I love to learn, and I always up for a challenge whatever the situation. I get along well with others, while also working efficiently on my own. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Use hand and power tools to assemble products and components

Inspect components and assemblies for quality assurance

Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Document and report any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Test finished products for functionality and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, Welding and electrical.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the assembly workspace
