I have received a Bachelor's degree in Military History from Ramapo college and a post baccalaureate certificate in GIS from Penn State University and possess over ten years of customer care and administrative support experience. Through my experience working across numerous administrative functions, I have gained extensive skills and the proficient use of essential business software tools as well as GIS software tools such as ArcGIS Pro, LP360, and OpenTopography. I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in GIS and a certificate in Remote Sensing.
