My name is Shivani Agrawal and I am a data and business analytics professional. I have a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Rajasthan Technical University. I also hold a Master and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan.

In my professional experience, I have worked as a Pro-Bono Consultant for American Covenant Financial Services, where I provided insights to help create a company that offers customized insurance services to non-high net worth individuals. I have also worked as a Business Analyst for Aalishaan Structure & Interiors PVT. LTD, where I conducted market basket analysis and customer segmentation analysis, resulting in increased sales and customer retention.

In my role as a Data Analyst for Garg Narendra & Associates, I conducted in-depth risk assessments on credit applications and developed targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement.

I have also completed various academic projects, including credit card default forecasting, Airbnb rating prediction, and fraud detection in travel insurance. Additionally, I have programming skills in SQL, Python, R, and SAS, and experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView. I am also certified in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and PMI’s PMBOK.
