I've worked on building interactive Power BI dashboards and setting up automated reporting pipelines to help teams make smarter, faster decisions. I also developed strong ETL workflows using SQL and COBOL, making our data processes more efficient and aligned with our business goals. On top of that, I helped implement data governance practices—defining business rules and standards—to make sure our data stayed accurate and compliant.

I’ve regularly worked with different teams to understand their needs and turn them into focused analytics solutions, often delivering insights that leadership could act on right away. I’m also comfortable managing advanced Excel reports and dashboards that helped identify trends and support quick operational decisions. Throughout, I’ve made it a point to communicate results clearly to management, which helped drive adoption of our data solutions and improve processes overall.

I graduated with a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston in May 2025. My coursework included Data Analytics, Database Management, IT Project Management, and Systems Analysis & Design. The program provided strong technical and business foundations, equipping me with hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and process improvement—skills that directly align with the Business Analyst role.
