UT Health San Antonio - Community Health Worker, provided support to substance use disorder providers in rural Texas through leveraging the statewide network of resources offered through Be Well Texas. I was a Sr. Financial Teller at a local credit union for 5 years and have 20+ years in customer service.
Attending Northwest Vista College, pursuing my associate's degree in applied science in Community Health and Public Administration. I will be graduating in December 2025 and again in May 2026.
I am participating in a CHW (Community Health Worker) Public Health Fellowship increasing my knowledge of public health practices, building on the CHW competencies and skills in the design and execution of community-based interventions to address, prioritize identified needs of the community
