Skip Welling

We are seeking a warm-weather winter position. With experience owning both restaurant and home improvement business, we are available to work as a couple or independently, in restaurant operations, maintenance, custodial services, or related roles. We are looking for a full-hookup RV site with the opportunity for additional paid hours.

Skip currently operates a seasonal property maintenance business and is rehabbing a 2-unit home as a rental. Wendy currently works cleaning the local laundry mat and cooking at the local bar/restaurant. Together we owned and operated "Rt 8 Roadside Diner" which was sold in 2024.
