I am a data-driven professional with a passion for making evidence-based decisions to help organizations advance their prospects while ensuring that employees are productive, efficient, and content at work. I am studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology at San Diego State University, serving as the Project Leader for the Motivation and Social Identity Research Lab. I have experience with R, SPSS, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Office tools.
From being a research assistant to a student chapter leader, I have a huge passion for helping others and improving organizations. I started working as a research assistant at the Body Image, Sexuality, and Health Lab in January 2021. During my time, I have managed data and guided participants through surveys to collect data.
I also do research work at the Motivation and Social Identity Lab, in which I was promoted to the Project Leader for managing my team by coordinating meeting times, constructing project goals, and summarizing meeting information. I was the Technology Director for the Student Chapter of Human Resource Management (SHRM) at SDSU during the Fall 2022 semester, in which I maintained the organization's website. I got elected as the Vice President for Spring 2023, in which I am testing out a performance management process that I created and initiated this past semester.
I am a fourth year undergraduate student at San Diego State University. I have one more semester to complete before I graduate with a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
