As a passionate and hardworking professional with a master’s degree in real estate from NYU and three years of work experience as both a senior associate on PANYNJ’s real estate development team and as a brokerage associate at Avison Young, I am confident that the skills and knowledge I have acquired align with the candidate profile and responsibilities. These skills include developing financial models in ARGUS and Microsoft Excel with advanced proficiency, performing financial and return analysis on various opportunities, forecasting portfolio performance, and much more.
