- Work closely with the designer and overseas factories throughout the development process, discussed style lines, details and revisions with designer.
- Communicate with international factory in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and China about maintaining basic fit & construction approvals through accurate garment specification.
- Maintain open communication with sourcing manager, costing analyst and company President to effectively problem solve and meet client needs.
- Measuring garments & maintaining all specifications from fit to TOP including digital photos to explain fit corrections & construction details.
- Identifying sample quality & construction issues.
- Recording fit comments & garment measurements in tech packs.
- Digitized production patterns to send international factories utilization of CAD software
