Soumya Kodam

My name is Soumya Kodam. I am currently working as behavioral interventionalist. I am a fast learner and enjoy being challenged. My interest in the medical field is based highly on improving the life of others.

I am working as behavioral interventionalist at Good Shepard Catholic school, I have worked here from February of 2021. I work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Following the guidelines of Applied behavior analysis and the support of BCBA's we are able to help create a plan for each kid and help them one day transition to public school.

Individual plans are put in place for each child to help them develop skills to function in society as an adult. Progress is tracked everyday and discussed with BCBA's.

I have a degree in Biomedical health sciences with a minor in psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma.
