I am an outgoing, energetic, people person, and customer service is where I excel! I have been in the customer service industry for the last 13 years, and as a leader I understand the importance of what it means to be a team player. Understanding that the guest comes first, I know the value in greeting and welcoming a guest in with a smile, being professional, as well as being compassionate.
I feel building the relationship with any guest starts with trust, and that will lead to continued business. Thanking the guest is a HUGE way to let your guest know you care.
