I am a Business Management student at the University of Arizona with hands-on experience supporting executives, operations, marketing, and HR in fast-paced environments. I have experience supporting executives, operations, marketing, and HR across corporate, nonprofit, and consulting environments. My background includes executive and operations support, project coordination, process documentation, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. I have worked closely with Chiefs of Staff, VPs, and senior leaders to manage workflows, track priorities, support strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In marketing and HR roles, I contributed to campaign execution, competitive analysis, hiring coordination, onboarding, and internal communications. Across roles, I am known for being organized, reliable, and proactive, with a strong ability to balance execution, communication, and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Management and a minor in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, with an expected graduation in May 2026. My academic experience combines business fundamentals with a strong focus on organizational behavior, leadership, and human performance. I have been recognized on the Dean’s List for three years and have earned honors through case competitions and service-based leadership initiatives.
