• Worked through the challenges of the pandemic and saw all variations on restrictions and was able to maintain guest experience throughout.

• Was responsible for ensuring the right food was fired, finished, and brought to the correct guests.
• Was responsible for communicating between the kitchen and the dining room to make sure each guest received their food in an efficient and kind manner.
• Running food to the correct guest, clearing and learned how to be an effective member of a large business in a dynamic resort town.
