I have worked in restaurant management for most of my career. I have done every job within the industry, but have also worked as a salesperson, an electrician, a camp director and a resort manager. My skills are mostly with people and financials. I have never been afraid to get my hands dirty or jump into any situation, I thrive under pressure.
General Manager, Marlow's Tavern.
Long tenure, I worked there for over 10 years. I mastered many roles working my way up. Started as a server, quickly became the Beverage and Hospitality Manager. Opened 2 new locations. Then became the Chef De Cuisine, then soon after was promoted to General Manager.
Throughout my career I have always risen to a leadership role. Even as far back as summer camp, by the age of 18 I was the camp Director, helping not only with kids but the business side as well. I have worked with people and situations my whole career, I understand people and can help any business achieve it's goals, Managing is about people, the customer, guest or client and the people who make it all happen.
I have not only achieved great customer scores over the years but I have some of the best employee retention rates within this business.
I attended SUNY Albany in New York and graduated as an Economics major.
