Conducted monthly clinic inspections for assigned locations to include fire safety, ADA and OSHA compliance general condition of the buildings, all working systems; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, etc., while focusing on general conditions of the building, lighting, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, etc., in order to avoid accidents that may arise from sudden malfunctioning of facility systems. Skilled maintenance included repair and troubleshot electrical issues with machinery, inspecting or repair or replace conveyor rollers or belts along with small motors, gears and pumps.
