I am recently retired from the Mayo Clinic after 25 years of effective management where had direct daily contact with patients, visitors, guests and even other Mayo employees. I managed my staff in a variety of roles such as Information Desk attendants, Door Attendants, Parking Enforcement officers, Parking booth attendants, Fleet Vehicle managers, Patient Transport staff, and to our Patient Escort teams. I've been officially retired from Mayo since December 3rd of 2024, and I am now looking to find part-time employment where I can apply my work ethic and my extensive customer skills to meeting the customer's needs.

I have spent the last forty years of my life supporting front line staff. I've always worked hard to train, educate, and learn from my staff, in an effort to provide the best service possible to my direct reports, so they have the tools and skills necessary to do the same for the companies and individuals who depend on us to excel each day.

Learning on the job from co-workers, the lessons of the Bible, negative personal experiences that taught me empathy for others, and my mom.
