I am a prospective graduate of the Baccalaureate program in Information Technology at Pennsylvania State University. In combining a rigorous academic experience with professional roles in the public and private sector, I have exemplified my keen ability to troubleshoot difficult analytical problems, collaborate on teams, and utilize my service delivery skills at a professional level. Career focal points also include project coordination, time management, research efforts, customer care, and numerous facets of leadership excellence.

Earlier in my career, I established a successful record of advancement with Harrisburg Area Community College. In this capacity, I leveraged cooperative technology and solutions to provide economically-sound value and process improvements. I also regularly took part in a number of vital data research efforts.

The results of my performance earned repeated commendation from senior management. Thus, with an academic and practical history steeped in tech aptitude, I am immersed in the trends shaping the industry.

In my current role as Technical support Movers & Co., I have garnered deep experience with delivering a range of operations, technical, and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, I spearhead outstanding client service and am accountable for inputting and archiving data, managing computer systems, equally supporting customers.
