Spending my first 7 years in Special Education , I learned the importance of individualizing lesson plans and assessments through differentiated instruction and UDL principles. Beyond the classroom, I have coached new educators as an EPIC intern mentor through the Santa Clara County Office of Education. In addition , I have worked as a Progammatic TOSA, focusing on curriculum design, effective pedagogy, and inclusive practices. I currently work as an Inclusion Tosa, where I support and facilitate best inclusive practices in a non-judgmental, and non-evaluative manner.
