Rapid, Responsive Rewards (R3) aims to personalize loyalty marketing through serving Card Members relevant Membership Rewards® offers at the right place and time to drive redemption and organic speed, increase merchant spending, create operational efficiencies.

Personalized

Project aims at introducing personalized discounts to the recommended rewards placements. The goal is to optimize campaign dollars to drive redemption and capture merchant funding. Customer logs to Myca and sends 1M# and Myca passes to LMM.

LMM receives all data from corner stone and selects rewards to show Card Member. LMM asks LSM if reward in stock and sends content back to LMM. LMM sends reward to Myca and card member sees reward displayed.

Card member's click and redemption data sent to LMM and it ensures data is passed to Corner stone for scoring refresh.

Launched

Gift card and Point transfer campaigns using LCT. These campaigns with flow to LPE and offer will be shown in MR.com. The complete end to end flow is tested. The goal of Budget management is to end a campaign once the threshold level of budget is reached.

Complete flow of budget management is tested from creating campaigns in LCT, doing redemptions from MR.com and ensuring the end of campaign. Campaign ending is verified in all the downstream systems like LBM, Kafka, corner stone. The goal of Shared cache redesign is to decommission shared cache and store all the data related to campaigns in LCT (Loyalty campaign Tool) cache.

All the LSM services like PT Brand list, LSM Search rewards, PT details, Campaign and suggestion API were modified to get data from LCT cache instead of shared cache. Comparison testing is done once the services are modified. Also, uplifted PWP and EDR functionalities in LCT tool, instead of using DPT and DL Admin tools.

They are used to create targeted campaigns where as LCT is a single tool used for all types of campaigns including Auto WOC (Web Offer Code) generation. DPT does not support GC and PT campaigns. Also, DPT is a legacy tool and not user friendly.

So, LCT tool is used to create EDR and PWP campaigns. End to end testing is done for EDR and PWP uplift with LCT and LPE (Loyalty Pricing Engine) teams.

• Perform manual testing of the Membership Rewards portal and testing SOAP/REST services using Postman.
• Preparing test plan after PI plan and coordinate with required teams.
• Preparing test data for SIT and UAT phases by coordinating with different teams like LCT, LPE, LSM/LMM, LBM, USMR and Corner Stone.
