I am a certified phlebotomist with extensive training and hands-on experience including; venipuncture, capillary punctures, blood smears, and centrifuge. I have excellent customer service experience and communication skills that gives me the ability to calm anyone down in a high stress situation. My most relevant education is phlebotomy school. I attended Phlebotomy Training Specialist (PTS) in Oklahoma City. I maintained a 4.0 GPA and passed my Oklahoma phlebotomy certification exam with flying colors with proper patient care, labeling, safety, and infection control.
