Suzanne Joblonski

Seasoned community supports and social services professional with a passion of helping people live their best lives. Expertise in navigating, locating and securing resources for people of all ages and abilities. Establishing and creating community partnerships is something I naturally do well at.

Event management, planning, and coordination is something I am really good at and love doing. I am a creative, and out of the box thinker, community mind thinker, excellent communication, customer service and computer, including social media skills. I am reliable and dependable that works well on a team and also independently.

I am a stickler for accountability, especially my own.

I have extensive experience serving people of all ages and abilities. In my various roles, I have served as a parent advocate for families with youth living with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities, provided first hand assistance to college students with disabilities, linked older adults and families to social services, and currently employed as an activities assistant in a senior care and rehabilitiation center.

I am currently pursuing a bachelors degree in disability studies.
