I first started as an employee an then worked my way up to becoming an shift Manager and really enjoying my position learning new duties along the way. New situations happen at every turn and every day. Fast paced need to know what is going on to be successful and to keep customers happy and keep coming back. I've been doing this for 10 years and have a lot of regulars that do return. A lot of different paperwork and things keep changing you have to be ready for that nonstop.
