I’ve been hiring, growing, managing, coaching and mentoring teams of designers, researchers and UI front end developers for 25 years. My passion is creating solutions that solve peoples everyday problems. I have a proven track record of successfully creating products from the ground up in order to meet business objectives and end user expectations.
I’ve had the privilege of working for large corporations as well as startups, so I’m not afraid of rolling up my sleeves and being hands on. I lead by example.
I completed school 26 years ago, during the boom of the internet. My education has been my professional experience, learning and growing with technology. I was one of the first people to build a web presence that was interactive — a marketplace with live streaming in 1997.
