I have 2.5 years of experience working as an RN on a med/surg pediatric floor that primarily specializes in neurology, respiratory and nephrology. We have a range of ages and have medically complex patients that can stay on our unit for years. I have experience with tracheostomy patients, dialysis patients, gtubes, central lines, and more.
