I love being in spaces where I can be creative. As a musician by trade who comes from a long line of creative people who love taking care of others I have a deep love of connecting with people personally and professionally. I love people, animals, cooking art, and anything where I can get my hands a little dirty.

Educator at Maya Angelou Academy @ New Beginnings. I have 3+ years working in education, 4+ years working in a healthcare setting and more than 8 years of experience working in customer service. I graduated high school with honors and was on the Dean’s list twice In university. I love working for people and with people, and I excel in creative environments that push me to innovate new ways to work, grow and serve

I have taken piano lessons since middle school and have started teaching myself guitar in high school. As a music therapy major in college I took both piano and guitar classes as well as vocal lessons. I have also had the privilege of teaching private guitar, piano and voice lessons where I grew in my craft and teaching practices. And I got to teach in a classroom setting to both pre-school aged children and high schoolers.
