Sydney Phillips

I am currently a student at Auburn University. I began my journey seeking to gain an education in a field that will allow me to grow individually as a person and with others. With that being said I am in the process of obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration majoring in Supply Chain Management from Auburn's Harbert College of Business.

I have always looked for the positives from all of the lessons I have learned. Gaining knowledge and experience is my number one goal. I have learned that through the jobs I work outside of the classroom.

While I am currently working in the food service industry while also owning my own small business it has only taught me that my communication is my best asset. The communication, scheduling, financial aspects, and time management of working have helped me excel into the business woman that I aspire to be. These skills have also helped me obtain my summer 2023 procurement and strategic sourcing internship at Mohawk Industries.

The choices I make based off the positives from my mistakes have helped me become the person I am while excelling into the person I want to be. I look forward to new experiences as well as learning from past experiences.
