As a lead teacher my job was to help my students to understand their materials including managing classroom behavior and providing after-school tutoring, meeting with the parents to discuss the goals and needs of students in their programs. Also coordinating with the administration to create education plans for the students and tracking their academic performance and progress.

As a paraprofessional, the responsibilities were to mentor the students, they also called us pre-mentor. These were high school students and their courses were through online. Giving them courses every three weeks and grade their homework, projects and quizzes. Time to time I follow up with the students to keep them on track.

As a Nurse Aide the duties were to take care of older patients, give patients medicine on time, make and take patients to doctor’s appointments, prepare meals, observe the patient and keep notes to see the patient's health improvement.
