I was Hired on as a Floor Attendant. My duties consisted of: Maintaining the Food Bar and accommodating the needs of all Guest's, Cook, Prep, Washing Dishes, Busting Tables etc.
After 7 Month's I accepted the Supervisor Position (Floor Captain). My duties consist of leadership, delegating, time-management and customer service. Scheduling lunches and 15 min breaks. Covering shifts for that night. Helping on the floor in whatever my team needs from me. I was on the floor with my team as one. I love too work and get the job done in a timely fashion. I definitely has a sense of urgency.
I'm an energetic, empathetic leader who has helped lead a team of 50+ employees to be the 4th most lucrative lounge. By applying attention to detail and utilizing my listening skills to reach the companies goals while creating an environment of communication. Training my team and helping them grow and succeed for the future
