Retail and Remote Call Center Supervisor

Many years of customer service experience, along with retail management experience. Supervised a remote call center after being a remote interviewer for medical surveys, and I love working from home!
Worked @ University of Pittsburg's call centers (remotely), and supervised at one of them, transcriptionist for television shows, designated trainer and specialist in food service department, specialist for meat and seafood departments, home health aide, seafood manager, pet sitter, receptionist and night/weekend kennel attendant at a veterinary hospital, assistant kennel manager, and cashier at retail store. Currently, I am self employed, delivering food, because I chose to take a little break.
High school diploma obtained, also some college- mostly completed veterinary technology program and pre-nursing programs, completed 40 hour RBT certification class, almost completed transcription classes online.
