Talia Lawrence

Hello! My name is Talia Lawrence and I am a Los Angeles-based development producer. I am able to guide a project to its highest potential of commercial/entertainment viability. No matter how thrilling or pedestrian a topic, I have the ability to bring a magical and resonating arc to the piece.

My deep understanding of story is evident in that everything I create has a gripping hook, a clear journey, and an eye-opening meaning. I have references as well as samples I would love to send over upon further interest.

In my work, I am responsible for writing decks, treatment, and outlines surrounding fascinating subjects for unscripted film and television. I capture interview subjects both in the field and over zoom and foster a pleasant, trusting environment for them to open up. I communicate with museums, archivists, experts, and conduct interviews to collect research materials pertaining to our projects.

My primary goal is to gain the thorough cooperation of these partners and work with them to then write materials that allowed for a quick sale of the project and at the same time preserve the longevity of all relationships to ensure multiple seasons could be produced.
