I built an centralized accommodation program for my current employer from the ground up. I am currently on my second iteration of the program and putting our standard work into service now with links to resources to help my team do the work and it is very exciting.
I started my career managing workers' compensation claims, I then moved into managing an IME company. I moved to CA and found work supporting the workers' compensation program and learned all I know about ADA, PWFA, and religions accommodations.
I have a bachelors degree in corrections.
