About
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including preventive screenings, acute illness diagnosis and treatment, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff to coordinate continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
