I’m a recent graduate from IT school. I’ve about 2 years of technical support experience and about 15 years of customer support experience. I am comfortable working on site as well as remotely. I’ve worked with many different software programs. I also have experience working in virtual environments . I’m hoping to work with a company that will invest in me as much as I invest in them .
