Baker - Cookiehead Bakery

Prepare and produce large-scale batches of cookie dough and baked goods by accurately measuring ingredients in grams, ounces, and pounds according to standardized recipes. Operate commercial bakery equipment and assist in all stages of production, including mixing, portioning, baking, cooling, packaging, and storage. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product consistency, quality, and food safety standards.

Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures in compliance with ServSafe and health department guidelines. Package, label, and organize products for retail, wholesale, and customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy. Assist with quality control by inspecting products for consistency, appearance, and freshness.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment through regular sanitation of equipment, workstations, and production areas. Provide customer service support when needed, including answering questions, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment while meeting production deadlines and daily output goals.
