As a recent MBA graduate with a focus in data analytics, I have a solid foundation in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Throughout my academic career, I have completed many analytic projects using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python and RStudio to extract insights from complex datasets. One project involved creating a text mining module for a customer service agency with the use of Python.

This required reviewing the data from the company’s customer support systems and identifying customer complaints by looking for common word and phrase choice frequencies. For visualization, a dashboard was created to show the major themes found in the customer data. The results allowed the customer service agency to help discern what the customer is feeling, the type of help they are seeking, and why they are seeking customer support.

I take pride in my ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective customer-centered solutions.
