Teckla Coerber

I'm an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education (ECE) Leader actively seeking my next opportunity to guide a high-quality program as a Director.

For the past 20 years, I've dedicated myself to creating nurturing, stimulating, and academically rigorous environments where every child, family, and educator can thrive. My leadership philosophy centers on the belief that the early years are the most critical, and that program excellence is built on a foundation of supportive staff culture, data-informed curriculum, and strong family partnerships. I believe firmly that the early childhood years are the foundation for academic success and that they should be filled with wonder and joy!
