I have nearly 2 decades in retail management. I have managed 65-115 associates, payroll, inventory, disaster recovery team, money office responsibilities, team leads, trainer, timecard, trucks, open and closing duties.

I have enjoyed my management career but needed a work-home balance I left to be a stay-ar-home Mom. Was able to enjoy watching my oldest graduate and get a cross country scholarship and my 16 year old will graduate early. I also acquired a set of 2 year old twin boys and 5 year old girl that I've had the privilege of raising and get them started in school.

I am half way through with a criminal justice degree but over the last 20 years I've managed kept up certification in food safety, federal money laundering compliance, ongoing HR for state and local compliance, any and all retail grocery compliance.
